with a full build, 11:1 compression, no IC, good port/portmatch & a semi-aggressive camshaft matched for the application.
No AC/pollution pump, electric water pump, electric PS pump, forged pistons & H-beam rods, crank scraper & balanced/knife edged crank, MPFI fuel setup off of a 93 2.2 FWD, with a good tune & stiff valve springs...
could a 11:1 CR built, ported, & cammed 2.5 push 240hp at the crank with a T25 turbo?
for someone who acts like they know somethin, you dont seem to know jack.
loads of people are finding out that the old "lower compression & lots of boost" is inferior to going high comp & much less boost, which makes more power than what you suggested.
with high comp & a good tune specifically for it, not much boost is required to get the same hp.
your asking 1hp/ci, which was acomlishd in the 60's in a production engine, so id say yes, you could, but youd have alot of maintenence
