Which masonry saw diamond blade should I buy?
I need to cut some Pennsylvania bluestone and I was planning on using my standard electric circular saw. I see there are blades made for this purpose but there seems to be several different kinds out there and I can't find a guide as to which one I should get. There is continuous and segmented diamond blades. Can anybody tell me the advantages and disadvantages of each or which is best suited for my application? Any help would be appreciated.
Continuous would be with water . Segmented would be dry cut . Water would not be good for that saw . Get dry cut and use a little bit of water for best cut . Some even have groves on the side . not much different . They are so posed to pull more powder out . The trick is not to over heat the blade .
