Salt Water Disposal

please help!!!!! 3 of my sinks are clogged and one tap runs slow , what is going on?????? easy points !!!!!?
1- my kitchen sink is two sided with a disposal. i put flower stems down it , now that side drains but the other side is clogged. I have tried hot water , salt , baking soda, vinegar, and plunging.
2- my powder room sink drains so slow it will overflow. i also see that it has no over flow hole on the side ( just a note). i tried the same things as above, what should i do?
3- my bathroom sink is the odd ball here. not only does the sink not want to drain, but the tap runs so slow. i tried all of the above and still nothing. i turned the sink on full flow and still it only is on 1/2 way this has been going on for more than a week.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
You probably still have fibrous stem debris in your kitchen p-trap. For that matter, no telling what might be found in each of your p-traps. Common clogging stuff is hair, soap, and foreign objects. In the kitchen, there's grease and undissolved food matter. It also gets jammed in the disposer tee that joins your disposer line to the other sink drain.
With a bucket underneath to catch spillage, disassemble each of your p-traps to clear out anything in there.
You might end up having to snake the drains while they're open to the wall with the traps removed, but if the sluggish drains are due to clogged traps you will have probably already solved the problem. After you reassemble the plumbing/trap, run water through the drain to check for flow. If it's still slow, you'll have to snake them, or have somebody do it.
The only thing that should go down your disposal is stuff you rinse off your dishes - not all of your garbage. That's just begging for clogged pipes, even with a disposer. Rule of thumb: if you couldn't eat it without teeth, don't expect your disposer to do it.
Always let enough water flow through the drain after running the disposer to make sure all the material is carried beyond your pipes toward the street or septic system.
Your slow tap might just be rust and gritty debris in the faucet aerator. Unscrew it and clean it out.
