Cutting aluminum window screen frames?
I have a Stout X-Band saw with cutting station.

I need perfect 45 and 90 degree cuts to make window screen frames. It should be clean and consistent. Are there any ideas that you can give me to make perfect and clean cuts using this saw?
Or another portable/semi-portable saw?

Seriously...this is NOT and advertisement. I want to start a mobile screening company but I bought this damn thing and need to figure out how to use it to make a straight clean cut.
I know about the miter saw...but most are not portable like this one.
The cuts with a hack saw are not clean enough. And I dont like those corners that use 90 degree angles (outside corners)
I want to use "inside corners" that require aluminum corners.
Sorry...inside corners that require 45 degree cuts in the frame...
You can make screens with aluminum pieces they sell at the big hardware stores that are designed for this purpose. You just have to cut the pieces straight across with a simple hack saw and then use a corner connector to put the pieces together. Very easy.
