The answer to need is "it depends". If you are receiving them and modifying them in some way where workers might be exposed to a dye or finish in a non-consumer way, then yes. If you are buying a few from Wal-Mart for storage in a warehouse, then no. If for an air pollution baghouse, probably.
So the answer is that you need to provide the details of how many, for what, what type and length of exposure, and are there any special dyes or finishes present.
You just need to do a risk analysis on the situation. As to where to get them, the answer is the supplier or manufacturer. If the MSDSs exist, it never hurts to get one, even if not needed.
