Plasma Cutter Case

WHAT IS THE NEXT RIGHT THING TO DO ?i was going to a vocational school for welding i completed 3 semesters?
the state of michigan paid because i have learning disabilities and a recovering alcoholic , at the end of may i talked to the assistant principle (he was very nice ) about our weld shop having $90,000 worth of equipment including a donated welding robot ,saws ,plasma cutters , etc ,well this got back to daytime weld instructor , and i got letters in mail stateing that i went from coopertive, average welder, on 5-22-06 to "unfortunenately at this point in bills training may show that my competancy levels have progressed as far as i can be expected < and may want to explore a community collage, bill may need to go to reading and math lab , and anger management , did i suffer a case of mild retardation in that one month (class ends 6-10-06? ..... i've called newspaper , news stations , aclu, ...to no avail i'm 44 years old and i'll never be able to get my certificate ....because i asked 2 use machine like a gentlemen ...i just want to die i wanted to learn
There may be another reason for the turnabout that has nothing to do with what seemed to be an innocent in-house conversation.
The school may have kept you in training as long as they could in order to get the maximum tuition payments, then dropped you from the program just prior to graduation. This practice unfortunately is common in vocational schools - perhaps they think you are too old or perhaps they just don't think you will be successful as a welder.
Either way, the sudden turnabout is totally suspicious and your next stop is the vocational education office for the State of Michigan that has been paying for your training.
Good luck, Bill
