hypothetical about returning NBA stars?
I know there is 0 chance that any of these players will return, but if they did, would teams sign them?
Michael Jordan - 45 yr old. super competitive. out of shape. could he come of the bench? clutch situations?
Karl Malone - still in impressive shape. one of the strongest fowards ever. walked away with decent numbers still.
John Stockton - an elite PG past the age of 40. still average?
Charles Barkley - very out of shape. legendary rebounding and effort. too far gone?
David Robinson - impressive career, still in shape
Scottie Pippen - tried to find a home a few years ago...couldn't...but we'll throw him in, too.
Reggie Miller - seems like he definitely could be playing still.
The hypothetical is more whether a team would benefit from these players, not necessarilly marketing - i'm sure having jordan or charles barkley would sell tickets.

He'll be a great back up PF and if he wants return, we'll see him in any "championship" team. Lakers, Rockets, Hornets, Celtics, Pistons.

Great player, great guy and a man of "word".
So, he's retired and is not coming back.

An amazing player, but is toooooo Fat to come back to the NBA.

He can play anytime and the only team will be the Spurs.
