ok so im in metal shop and im bored... i have done projects like
dog, mouse, roses, book shelves, stands for plants, candle holders and some other stuff
i have access to: mig welder, torch welder (the fire one), polishers, drills, plasma gun, band saws, lathes, and a ton of other stuff.
what are some other stuff i can make? something that would be fun and a little challenging.. i cannot make any weapons, helmet, shield, etc. They are not permitted on the school campus. hmmm.. what are some ideas of what i should make?
Howabout something like a Mobile. Look up information on Alexander Caulder--he's famous for them. It will provide you with the challenge of fabrication, as well as having to figure out the system of weights and counterbalances. The end result could be a keeper--or you might donate it to some public place. Good luck.
