FOR Carry ON bags:
= = = = = = = = = = =
The TSA limit on liquids, pastes, gels, lotions and aerosols is a maximum of 3.4 ounces (100 ml) per item, and all of the items must fit into a 1 qt zip lock bag, with the zip part closed.
The toothpaste, rice water (if small enough), the nail polish, lotion will all have to meet those limits and will have to be in the zip lock bag. You can only bring one such bag, by the way.
The TSA does not really care what is in that bag (I have never seen the individual contents checked) - I think the rice water will be perfectly OK as long as it is clearly less than 3.4 ounces. IF the juice box is 3.4 ounces or less, then it will be OK, too - put it into the zip lock bag along with all other liquid items. If it is more than that size, then it will not be allowed.
Medication - prescription and over the counter - is all allowed. You can also take standard safety razors, nail clippers, tweezers, nail files, eyelash curlers, flat irons, curling irons, hair dryers in your carry on luggage if you want. None of those items should be in the bag for liquids. Powder makeup and solid deodorant also do not need to be in the liquids bag.
As "Mom" sez, the TSA site has loads of detail
FOR Checked bags:
= = = = = = = = = = =
Almost anything is OK in checked bags, including large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and so on.
All of the other items you mention are perfectly OK in your carry on bag. In fact, DO NOT put your camera, phone, laptop or ipod into checked luggage. There is far too great a possibility of damage or theft.
Do not carry large metal items in your pockets when you go through the metal detector, otherwise ordinary items of metal are OK - everyone has keys, coins and so on. I take everything that is metallic out of my pockets and put into a zippered pocket in my back pack before I send it through the x-ray machine.
The x-rays will not damage any electronics.
