Will AFCI breaker interfere with GFI receptacles?
Will circuit be to sensitive with afci breaker and GFI outlets? I don’t want to have constant tripping? Is there anything in NEC about this situation?
No, they should not be 'too sensitive'. The AFCI and GFCI are doing two different things.
GFCI measures the current across the circuit, and trips when it exceeds the safety level (much lower than is needed to kill).
AFCI actually works differently, in that it is looking at the current for signs of arcing. The circuit can have an arc, and still not trip a GFCI outlet. AFCI will protect against the hazards of arcing, where GFCI protects against shocks. Arcing can cause excessive heat build up (fire hazard), and never provide enough electricity to actually trip a GFCI -- until the house is on fire.
I believe NEC started listing AFCI (Jan 2002?) as being required for bedroom circuits in new construction. Combining the two methods of protection is safer, but costs a bit more. Its fairly common for cities and municipalities to take their time in adopting new codes, so you'll want to check with your local inspection office.
Good Luck
