i have a 1998 camaro z28. when i use the keyless remote or the electronic locks to lock the doors, the alarm will start going off after about 5 seconds. it will sound off for about 30 seconds. then it will finally quit. i know its not supposed to do this. the security light used to stay on when i first bought it but i fixed that. the steering column was loose and as i went inside to tighten it up there was a wire into. i fixed that and the security light went off, but the alarm still sound off like i described. can anyone help me please! thanx.
