i'm just a beginner and currently doing diamond push up close push up using 3 chairs and wide push up 35x3 every other day and 30min. cardio combination of walk jog and run with a 15 to 30min. dry sauna i also have a dip and pull up/chin up station at hm but i don't use them yet because i'm not strong enough to do so what is your best advise in getting cut need advise i'm currently at 180lbs 5'11 i have jack3d pre workout powder and gold standard whey protein powder which i don't use yet because i'm just a beginner need advise on getting cut please help thanks!
i don't eat junk food and when i do it's pretty rare and drink alot of water up to 8 glasses or over a day
