Hmm, you have too much water/ice there. It's generally a disadvantage to teach a pokemon two different moves of the same type, and several pokemon the same move types.
Generally, you need to cover all your bases. Get multi-types if possible, or just teach your current pokemon a wider variety of moves, along with a stat-booster or stat-reducer attack.
