i need to cut a little metallic statue from its concrete base that is held together by a metallic bolt around 1 or 2 inches thick.
the bolt is wedged in there, but i dont think its that tight, there is maybe 1 or 2 mm gap of air that allows for a saw of some kind or something to cut off the bolt with.
what is the FASTEST way to do this with the LEAST amount of sound?
any other way to do this than a traditional saw?

You can purchase a hand held handle that will hold a "saws-all" blade. Get a fine blade made for cutting metal. This will cut and be silent, it'll just take a little time.
