"Civil Liberties"... Its all bull.?

So recently in Toronto, a cop pulled up outside a school and started questioning a teenager. He probably had a tip or something...

So eventually the Mountie ends up searching this teenager's bag and what does he find...

Oh... A LOADED PISTOL.

Needless to say, its off to the clink with you sonnyjim!

But now a bunch of cop-haters, BSers, lawyers and morons are moaning about how the officer violated his "civil liberties"...

I mean come on, he was a teenager carring a loaded 22 calibre pistol.

Personally, I think you should be stripped of you civil liberties the moment you commit a crime like that... The threat is simply too great!

As long a frivolous objections are able to stand in the way of JUSTICE, society will decline!

Thoughts?
Well, this isn't really against civil liberties themselves, but the way they are used to prop up a shield against the law.

The Idiot waved his rights by giving in. He didn't have to!

Keep in mind that you can remain stagnate!
Even on school grounds. Just stay stagnate and silent. And hop your parent declare custody be for the shit hits the fan!
If you are a adult they will be more than Happy to give you 24 hour detention. Witch means full search.
