How much would this cost?
My family wants to build a barn in my yard.
It would have a concrete foundation ( 4 inches thick) , wooden floor over the concrete, and then just wood for walls & whatever. We would probably put a metal roof on there which is part of our business so that wouldn't cost for us, and then inside it would just have several not-ceiling-high walls that would separate room for goats and chickens (goats would have their own area away from the chickens). We might have a donkey too.
We would also build a small milking station for goats (which really wouldn't cost much... just putting it out there).
So, basically, it would be as described above, and the dimensions would probably be around 12 X 11 or 12 X 12 (in feet, more or less).
