need lawn mower help, not running on full power, easy walk not working?
i had recently changed the blade on my lawn mower and cut about 3/4 of my lawn when it started to die(needed gas) After I refilled the gas, the mower would not start for several minutes. After giving it one more go, the mower putted to life but sounded like it was running on half power and easy walk would not work. What could be wrong? The air filter had been changed this season. Other than that, I don't know much.
Check the plug. They are touchy, and foul out easily. Clean or replace it before tearing it apart. Next, unhook hose under gas tank and drain the new gas (it could have water in it from condensation) and replace with 89 or 91 octane. Gas filter may need replacing also. All of this is easy and cheap.
