How long must acid stay on concrete before we can put on the stain?
Ok my husband and I are about to stain our concrete inside our home. We have cleaned and sanded the slab but my question or questions are as follows:
How long after putting the acid on can we stain it?
If we put the acid on now can we wait a few days to put on the stain ( due to humidity) or is there a need to put it on asap?
Back a few years ago I used acid to etch the concrete at work to get it ready for paint.We etched and then started painting the next day...I would think you will be fine if you wait a day or 2.
